Bennerotte & Associates' Staff

Rachel Lueth

Rachel is the office manager at Bennerotte & Associates as well as a paralegal for Tom Bennerotte. She has been with Bennerotte & Associates since early 2008. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2009 with a bachelor's degree in Scientific and Technical Communication with an emphasis in law and a minor in Political Science. While attending college she received several scholarships and was on the Dean's List on several occasions. She started working for Tom while attending school in 2008. Rachel lives in Norwood Young America with her husband and two dogs. She enjoys riding and showing horses. She volunteers for the Carver County 4H Federation and enjoys working with youth.

Christina Kooiman

Christina is one of the assistants for Tom Bennerotte. She started with Bennerotte & Associates in early 2011. She primarily works on client files that are in the arbitration process. Christina is a resident of Shakopee MN and is currently finishing up her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies. She has been working in the legal field for over 3 years and has experience in many types of law. She enjoys the fast-paced environment and helping our clients in their time of need. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her friends and family. She likes to take her Catahoula dog, Jack, for walks as well as work with and show her three Arabian horses.

Courtney McClimon

Courtney is the legal assistant for attorney John Scott. Courtney has been with Bennerotte and Associates since September of 2010. Courtney McClimon is originally from Des Moines, IA. She went to Iowa State University where she received her Bachelor's of Science in Apparel Merchandising, Design and Production with a minor in Dance. After being in fashion for years she decided to go back to school to get her Post-Graduate degree in Paralegal Studies from Minnesota School of Business Online. When she is not working she is working out, running, going to yoga class and trying to see as much live music as possible.

Laura Bringle

Laura is one of the assistants for Tom Bennerotte. She primarily works on wage loss and replacement services claims as well as getting client files ready for settlement demands. Laura is 24 years old and resides in Eagan, MN. She graduated from Eastview High school in 2005 and after high school Laura worked as a hair dresser. After deciding to begin a career change, Laura started working for Bennerotte & Associates. Laura is an avid Twins fan. She enjoys snowboarding and road biking and in the summer months she enjoys taking trips to her cabin. She also has an artistic side, enjoying activities such as painting and drawing. Laura has a passion for helping people in need being there for support.

Becky Asfeld

Becky is the legal assistant for attorney Conor Tobin. Becky has been with Bennerotte and Associates since August of 2010. Becky Asfeld is originally from the very small town of Kimball, MN, but resided in the St. Cloud area right after high school. During that time, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in paralegal studies and worked as a legal assistant at a law firm in St. Cloud. Since then, she have moved to St. Paul and currently works as a legal assistant at Bennerotte & Associates. In her spare time she loves to exercise, dance, play games, do puzzles and read. She especially enjoys exploring new places and new things to do, either alone or with her closest friends.

Sara Tmka

Sara is the receptionist at Bennerotte & Associates. Sara has been with the firm since the fall of 2010. She was born and raised in Glencoe, MN and after graduating from high school Sara went to college at MSUM in Moorhead. She started studying to get her BSN in Nursing but realized it wasn't for her, she then switched her major to a Bachelors in Paralegal and was still able to graduate in 3 ½ years. Summer is her favorite season because she enjoys being outdoors whenever possible and softball is her favorite sport. She love animals but never thought she would be a cat person until she got her Siamese cat Bix. She is an easy person to get along with and loves meeting new and interesting individuals.
